https://spiritualdivajewelry.com/Coming up in August 2017 we have two eclipses on the horizon. On August 7, 2017 we will have a full moon lunar eclipse in the sign of Aquarius at 2:11 pm. On August 21, 2017 we are having a new moon solar eclipse in Leo at 2:30 pm. Since crystals are my forte, and astrology is something I know a little about, but I am not an expert, I decided to interview professional astrologer Dorothy Morgan to see which crystals could enhance the energy of the eclipses, and here is what I learned.
Dorothy Morgan of New Hampshire Astrologer is a professional astrologer and personal consultant with over 27 years’ experience. She teaches a wide variety of subjects relating to Astrology. I learned many interesting facts about eclipses during our interview.
Dorothy informed me that full moon lunar eclipses are about endings. They are a culmination of something that was started 18 months ago. The eclipse on August 7 th is the apex of a cycle that started February 8, 2016. This is a way to look back and see which new moon goals that were set are working, and which ones are not. It is about releasing things that no longer serve us. The August 7th Full Moon eclipse is in the sign of Aquarius. This energy deals with anything high tech, social media, long term goals, innovative ideas, astrology, freedom, breaking the rules , and unbending beliefs. Dorothy suggests letting go of anything pertaining to these areas that do not serve you.

Can reduce fear of the future, and creates order and balance in life. You can use this crystal during an eclipse meditation to enhance mental clarity and reduce mental disorder. It can help you to see how you can have more balance in your life, and helps you to have a clearer understanding during decision making. This crystal can help you to understand how to put your plans for the future into motion. Fluorite calms and relieves anxiety, and helps you to release stuck energy and the things that hold you back.
Herkimer Diamond
This is one of the most powerful healing gemstones for releasing and discharging the energy blockages within our auric field . It may stimulate both psychic visions or clairvoyant abilities. Being a very high vibrational crystal it can can draw angelic beings and spirit guides to it. It can clear and open any chakra, however it is a crown chakra stone. It can be programmed to attune one to an environment, a situation, a quality, or most anything. It assists with balance on the mental, physical, and emotional levels, and assists in dream recall. Emotionally Herkimer Diamond relieves tension, promotes peace of mind, and helps to clear the body and mind of fears and repressions. This crystal can help with fear of change and releasing toxic people from your life. I find that this crystals high vibration enhances my intuition, and helps to connect me with the spiritual realms, due to the fact that it opens both the Crown and Third Eye Chakras. It Is always my crystal of choice for putting me in a meditative state, and connecting with my guides. This crystal would be extremely helpful during meditation on the August 7 th eclipse to help get answers on how to move forward with your goals.
Meditation for Full Moon Lunar eclipse in Aquarius on August 7, 2017
. Pick a quiet place outdoors ( weather permitting ) . You can also do this by a window. If you can't see the moon It is ok, the moon energy is still there.
. Sitting upright with spine straight, and palms facing up, or lie down which ever is most comfortable for you.
. Hold your crystals in your left hand. Take a deep breath while envisioning a white light coming from the moon, into the crown of your head, and filling your whole body.
. When you breathe out, envision a dark cloud of smog releasing everything that no longer serves you .
. This would be a perfect time to connect with your guides, because your vibration is high. Ask them mentally to guide you towards ways in which you can replace these things with more positive things that serve you.
. On a piece of paper write down all the things you would like to release. Burn this paper and release the smoke into the full moon energy .
Now, lets discuss the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 21, 2017 " The Great American Eclipse"
After speaking with Dorothy about this eclipse, I learned why this is called "The great American Eclipse". This is because we are able to see it in the United States, and this is rare. It is said that wherever an eclipse can be seen is where the biggest amount of change will occur, this time it is the United States. People are also connecting this eclipse with president Trump because he is a Gemini born 12 hours before an eclipse, and it is in his ascendant sign. This means he will go through personal changes and adjustments.
This eclipse in Leo is about opening our hearts to love and shifting human consciousness. It is about creating what we are passionate about, and manifesting what our hearts desire. Solar Eclipses bring high vibrational energy which you can use to your advantage. It is a great time to set goals and meditate on what it is we truly want out of life.

Rose Quartz - is a heart chakra stone. I chose this stone because in my opinion it is the best crystal to open your heart to love. Rose Quartz has a gentle soothing energy that brings self love and compassion. This crystal can also attract romantic love, if that is one of the things you might like to manifest during the eclipse. 
Garnet - I chose Garnet because it is a stone of passion, manifestation and success. It's energy brings your desires and dreams into reality and attracts love and devotion. Garnet alleviates emotional disharmony. It sharpens perceptions of oneself and others, opens the heart, and bestows self confidence. This crystal would be helpful during this eclipse to manifest all the things that you are passionate about, and the things that will bring you the joy in life you seek. 
Moonstone - This is a crystal of new beginnings, inner growth, and strength. It soothes emotional instability, and stabilizes emotions providing calmness. Moonstone provides psychic protection, aids in lucid dreaming, and acts as a prism, diffusing energy throughout the aura. It enhances intuition, promotes inspiration, success, and good fortune. This stone always works well with moon energies during meditation, because it enhances intuition, and helps you to connect with your spirit guides during the moons high vibrational energy. This would be an ideal time to ask your guides for guidance on how to put your goals into motion.

. On a piece of paper write down all the things you would like to manifest. Fold the paper, and place your crystals on top of it . Leave it in a place you see it daily . Every time you see it you are adding positive intention to your desires.
