Protection Crystals For Kids Being Bullied - Spiritual Diva

   Bullying is a very painful experience. The feeling of non acceptance and isolation can leave emotional scars forever. Most of us have all experienced some form of bullying at some point in our lives, however it is even more painful to watch your child being bullied. Children are always seeking acceptance. It can be detrimental to a child's emotional well being and self esteem when they feel like they don't belong. It causes anxiety in the worst form, and effects how they view themselves in the world. 

  Crystals can help protect your child's energy field from negative energy. They can help them to release the pain associated with bullying, so that it is less likely to effect them in adulthood. Some crystals carry the vibration to give courage, and help to give one strength to endure painful situations. They can also help give kids the strength to stand up for themselves. 

Here are my suggestion for crystals that help with protection from bullying, and the emotional effects it causes 

 Red Tiger Eye - is a Root Chakra crystal that is considered a grounding stone. It enhances self integrity, confidence, and self esteem. It helps you to have the willpower to take care of yourself. This stone is excellent for defense of bullying of all kinds while giving the wearer courage to stand up for themselves. Red Tiger Eye is known as a survival stone for use in difficult times. It brings vitality, and good luck.

 Hematite - is one of the strongest for energetic protection among all the spiritual crystals and semi precious stones. It is a root chakra stone, which helps you stay grounded. Hematite creates a protective shield around your aura. It  dissolves negative energy and prevents you from absorbing negativity from others. This is the reason I use it on my Protection Jewelry. Emotionally Hematite helps to release stress and anxiety. It is a calming stone that  heightens self confidence, power, and self esteem. It is also a great stone for those who lack courage. Hematite will help your thoughts to stay more focused and balanced, and will help with concentration.  It is a great stone for those with ADD.  

 Black Tourmaline - is one of the best protection gemstones you can wear. It not only removes negative energy, but changes it to positive energy. It has an excellent effect on your well being. It is a strong grounding stone. It offers protection from psychic attack, negative entities, and energies from others and your surroundings. Black Tourmaline protects against electromagnetic smog (EMF), releases stress, helps with obsessive behavior, and depression. Black tourmaline helps to release painful emotions stored in our auric field.

I find that putting these three stones in a child's back pack, can be helpful when bullying is happening at school. These crystals can also be carried in a pocket , or worn on jewelry. I also think it is a good idea to teach your child how to do a simple meditation to release negative energy and emotions , and how to put an energetic protection bubble around their aura. 

Releasing Negative Emotions and Energy Meditation

. Hold these three crystals in the left hand

. Imagine a white light coming in through the top of the head while taking a deep breath in

. when breathing out imagine a black or grey cloud of smog coming out 

. on the second breath in imagine a white light coming into the top of head 

. when breathing out imagine all of the anxiety and negative energy being pushed down through the feet and into the earth.

. repeat for 3-5 minutes

 Protection Bubble Of Light Meditation

. hold these 3 crystals in the left hand 

. Imagine a white light coming into the top of the head, and filling your body when you breathe in 

. Imagine black smog coming out when you breathe out

. Imagine the same white light surrounding your entire body, getting brighter every time you breathe in and out.

. do this for 3- 5 minutes 

This bracelet contains all three crystals. It should be worn on the left hand, because that is the energy receiving hand .

So what is an Indigo child? Indigo children were put on this planet to evolve spiritual consciousness on all levels. They are given this name because of the color of their aura. Most Indigo children have blue in their aura . This is the color of the third eye chakra which is where psychic ability and clairvoyance resides. Most Indigo children have the ability to see spirits, visions, and are extremely empathic. This means they will know what you are feeling or thinking without you telling them. They are extremely sensitive to others feelings, and it is hard for them sometimes to distinguish what are their feelings or feelings of others. They are sensitive in all aspects of life, and often have been known to have food sensitivities, allergies, and reactions to toxic chemicals.

   Indigo Children are like old souls and display knowledge beyond their years. They know when they are being lied to and can sense dishonesty on all levels . They often have  a sort of  "Entitled" personality, like they "deserve "to be here . Indigo children are usually very creative and get frustrated with rigid systems with no creativity. It is not uncommon for an indigo child to have problems with authority figures. They are not afraid to speak their mind, and don't care what people think of them.  Indigos do not thrive in a strict controlled environment . They have almost a loathing for repetitious school work, and are bored very easily. Sometimes Indigos are falsely diagnosed with ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) due to their expanded perception, wanting to try new things, unusual creativity,  running ahead of what is being taught in class, and being distracted by picking up others emotions and thoughts.

   It is not uncommon for indigo children to have" imaginary friends". Due to their extremely high vibration, and psychic ability, it is very easy for them to connect with the spiritual realms.  They also have strong telepathic abilities. This can lead them to talk later in life, because they can communicate with the spiritual realms without words. Indigos often have a fascination with crystals and gemstones, because they can literally feel the vibration of each crystal .

   Indigo children and adults can often feel like they are different, and don't belong . They can easily become overwhelmed by this feeling. They can experience feelings of isolation, and can become a victim of bullying due to their inability to not "be themselves" They do not thrive in an environment where they do not feel accepted, so it is crucial to let an Indigo be who they are.

 Being very intuitive, empathic, and clairvoyant, it is very easy for an indigo to pick up negative energy from people or environments. They often feel anxious because they pick up emotions that are not their own. They are like energetic sponges, and it is very important for their well being to protect their aura. I find that grounding, protection crystals can help, such as Black Tourmaline, Hematite, and Shungite.  I also recommend putting a Himalayan Salt lamp on their nightstand.
