Shungite is another one of my all time favorite crystals . This crystal not only packs one powerful healing punch, but its neutral in color, so it goes with everything. I tend to mix it with Clear Quartz because it amplifies its energy, and is also neutral in color.

Shungite is said to calm and relax anyone using or near it. This is due to its protective energies and rejection of negative energy. It provides shielding and protection from EMF electromagnetic radiation . It is the only known natural material known to contain fullerenes, which are powerful anti-oxidants. It is said to absorb and eliminate anything that is a health hazard to human life, and it has active metaphysical properties with strong healing powers.

Shungite infuses your auric field with light,dispels negative energy, and it allows only positive and beneficial energy to reach you. It alleviates a wide variety of physical complaints such as heart difficulty, allergies, skin diseases, arthritis, hair and skin rejuvenation.

   Shungite can even purify water . You can also charge a pitcher of water with Shungite . You can drink it or use it as a skin and hair rinse. It has many beneficial properties for hair growth and shine. It has powerful anti-oxidants  that are great for fighting off free radicals that cause skin damage

   When making Shungite water be sure to clear and charge your crystals before use . Place them in the sunlight or moonlight for 24 hours. Rinse them with baking soda before use. You can use tumbles stones , a pyramid or even a sphere. Be sure to use a glass pitcher. Shungite removes and absorbs toxins , so you don't want to use plastic because Shungite will absorb the toxins of the plastic. Fill the pitcher 3/4 full. Add your shungite to a pitcher. Leave uncovered with a thin cloth over the top to prevent debris for 48 hrs. You now have Shungite water . You can now replace the lid. Clean and charge crystals every 10 days .
